In 2013 I had my mid-life adventure, took a train to Chicago and enrolled in the four month L'Art du Gâteau program at the French Pastry School to hone my cake decorating skills.  The adventure continues as I learn new things every day about how to run my business, manage social media, network with other vendors and get to know my clients from all over the country.  I'm always trying new recipes and techniques.  Let's meet, I'll bring the treats.
