A Trio of Tarts

Learn to bake delicious treats

In this class, you'll get your hands dirty while learning about two different tart crusts and three different fillings, with variations:  Pear Frangipane, Chocolate Ganache and a Buttermilk Lemon Tart.  Class size is limited to five participants who will take home finished tarts, dough to bake at home, recipes and new techniques.
